About ViBIM: From a Three-Person Team to a Scan to BIM Provider
ViBIM's registered name is Vietnam BIM Consultancy and Technology Application Company Limited. We are a Hanoi company of more than 30 people, and nearly all of us work in production: modeling, quality review and project management. Our clients are mostly surveying and reality capture firms, with some BIM consultancies that subcontract model delivery to us.
The story so far
The company did not start as a Scan to BIM specialist. It got there in stages.

| 2020 | Production and operations were digitized, so repeatable tasks are automated and decisions rest on project data. |

Two of the first three employees are still here. Do Van Yen, who had worked with the founder since 2011, has led the architectural team since day one. Le Tuan Thien built the company's computer systems in 2014 and still runs IT.
What we do now
Clients send point clouds and project requirements. A project manager splits the work across our architecture, structure, MEP and topography teams, then runs independent quality reviews before handover. This is the core of our Scan to BIM Services, and it is the work that most of our 1,000+ completed projects have involved.
What we aim for
Our vision is to be a trusted Scan to BIM partner abroad: models that meet local requirements, at a competitive cost, without the coordination risk people expect from a remote team. Our mission has a second half that matters to us as much as the first. We want to show that Vietnamese professionals can deliver BIM work to international standards, and to train the people who do it.
How we work
- Accountability: Scope, deliverables and delivery date are agreed before production starts, and the date is treated as a commitment. That is how we hold a 99% on-time rate.
- Technical integrity: We model what the scan data and agreed scope support. Independent checks, using our in-house tools, compare the model with the client's source files.
- Clear collaboration: One project manager carries questions, markups and decisions between the client and the production team.
- Continuous learning: Modeling conventions, checklists and internal tools are revised as project requirements change.
- Respect for client data: Only project managers transfer files, through a secure handover setup for each client.
