Our Team at ViBIM: Discipline Leads and Delivery Staff

Every ViBIM project passes through a discipline lead. Architecture, structure and MEP each have their own team and their own lead, so the person reviewing your MEP model is an electrical or mechanical specialist, not a generalist. All staff hold degrees in architecture or construction engineering.

Leadership

Pham Thanh, Founder and CEO. An architect with an MBA from Solvay Brussels, Thanh founded ViBIM in 2014 with three staff and has led it since. His full story is on the founder's page.

Discipline leads

Do Van Yen, Architectural Team Leader. Yen worked with the founder from 2011 and was one of ViBIM's first three employees. He has led the architectural team since 2014, trained several generations of modelers and helped write the company's early standards. He studied civil engineering at the University of Transport and Communications. His team delivers our Architectural Scan to BIM Services.

Nguyen Tien Trung, Structural Team Leader. Trung joined straight after graduating from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering in 2019 and worked his way up to lead the structural team. He handles most heavy structural projects and also owns the company's Scan to BIM product standards. His team runs our Structural BIM Modeling Services, and he works directly in English with clients in the UK, Australia, the US and Canada.

Truong Van Huong, MEP Team Leader. Huong holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (2018). MEP is the most unpredictable discipline at bid stage, and his team has adapted its workflow to carry large, dense system models on schedule. His team delivers our MEP BIM Modeling Services.

Project management

Truong Quoc Trung, Project Manager. With ViBIM since 2018, Quoc Trung is the company's most experienced modeler and now manages medium to large projects. He links new and long-serving staff and passes on how the company works. He trained in civil engineering at Construction Technical College No. 1.

Technology and operations

Le Tuan Thien, IT Manager. Thien built ViBIM's IT systems in 2014 and still runs them: servers, storage, backup and secure file transfer. He holds Cisco CCNA, Oracle Certified Associate and AWS SysOps Administrator certifications.

Nguyen Thi Tiep, Accountant. Tiep manages accounting, finance, payments and administration. She graduated in accounting from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in 2014 and holds a Chief Accountant certificate (2018).
