ViBIM Testimonials: Feedback from Survey and AEC Clients

Most of our work is white-label: survey firms deliver our models to their own clients under their name. So the feedback we value most comes from the modeling managers who check our files before they send them on. Below are short excerpts from their emails and written references, grouped by what they comment on. We show first names or initials only, because most clients work with us under NDA.

Deadlines and time management

A modeling manager in Australia who has used ViBIM across several companies wrote that we "are effective in their time-management, both in terms of anticipated hours and committing to deadlines." That matches our own number: 99% of projects delivered on or before the agreed date.

Accuracy against the scan

Several comments concern how closely the model follows the point cloud. One client noted that a project's markups came from a very tight tolerance, with objects required "within 15mm of the point cloud", and still called the model nicely done, especially the MEP. Another reported that their end client rated the deliverables 5 out of 5.

Communication across time zones

Clients in English-speaking countries often expect a language barrier with an offshore team. The feedback says otherwise. The Australian reference describes communication as "clear, regular and responsive", with no half-answers. Our project managers work 8 AM to 11 PM (GMT+7), which overlaps the working day in the UK, Australia and much of North America.

Following client standards

One UK client thanked the team for grasping and applying their own modeling standards, rather than ours. Another said their end client was showing our model in internal meetings as an example of what good modeling looks like.

Return business

The strongest signal is repeat work. One client wrote that more projects from the same end client were coming within two weeks, and asked us to price two large hospital jobs they had already won. Around 80% of our clients have stayed with us for more than five years, and most new clients come to us by referral.
